Model 150-56D, 1500 GPM Waterous pump, 500 Gal water tank, Spicer manual transmission.

 

In 1994 it was converted to a Foam Tender by Fire Bann. It was also re-powered with a 8V92 motor and in 2005 the manual transmission was replaced with a Allison auto transmission. 

 

This engine also served as E61, E46, E15, Reserve Eng, Foam Tender 27. 

 

It was donated to CFM by OCFA in 2016.
