Santa Parade City of Villa Park

The Santa tour by fire engine is a tradition that goes back decades in Villa Park. Each year Santa, Mrs. Claus and the VP City Council Elves jump on board an OCFA Fire Engine and make stops all throughout the city. As Santa rides his sleigh fire truck he makes frequent stops along the way to share candy canes, listen to children’s Christmas wishes and to pose for some family photo fun. Residents along the tour plan neighborhood parties and get in the holiday spirit while children listen for the fire engine siren in order to best determine when Santa might arrive. There is even a special luncheon stop at noon for Santa in the VP Council Chambers with the OCFA #23 Firemen and OC Sheriff’s before they continue on in the afternoon.
